Reddam recognizes the exciting new possibilities of 21st Century technology and its benefit to education. This department will lay the foundation for the variety of technological skills needed to ensure the education our children receive continues to be cutting edge.

Reddam boasts the latest technology for digital media and film making and editing. This includes video and photographic cameras, a digital media laboratory with iMac computers with the latest editing and digital media software.

Digital media is offered as an elective in Years 7 and 8 and as a strand of Visual Arts from Years 9 to 12. The Digital Media Department also supports students who elect to make a film as part of their HSC assessments in English Extension 2, Visual Art, Drama and Dance.

Reddam Camera (Red-cam) is the Reddam film crew who film Reddam life and current affairs. These films are edited and presented at the weekly assemblies.
